Leur but entre autre, harmoniser et standardiser les \u00e9quipements de la marine.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi\u00a0la technologie NMEA permet aux diff\u00e9rents instruments de navigation de communiquer entre eux. Le format NMEA <strong>le plus fr\u00e9quent \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle est le NMEA 0183<\/strong> mais il est petit \u00e0 petit remplac\u00e9 sur les <strong>derniers syst\u00e8mes de navigation par le NMEA 2000<\/strong>. Presque tous les syst\u00e8mes de navigation ont des entr\u00e9es et sorties\u00a0NMEA 0183\u00a0\u00a0cependant il existe\u00a0<span id=\"spans3e0\">des vitesses<\/span>\u00a0de transmission diff\u00e9rentes :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 4800 bauds est la vitesse utilis\u00e9e par les traceurs, les antennes GPS, les diff\u00e9rents instruments de navigation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 38400 bauds est la haute vitesse utilis\u00e9e par les syst\u00e8mes AIS\u00a0<span id=\"spans4e0\">tels que<\/span>\u00a0les transpondeurs AIS, les r\u00e9cepteurs AIS.<br \/>\n<span id=\"spans5e0\">Votre syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectronique embarqu\u00e9<\/span>\u00a0aura donc certainement besoin d&rsquo;un multiplexeur NMEA afin de pouvoir connecter les diff\u00e9rents instruments entre eux. Ce nouveau standard est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 utiliser\u00a0et connecter des instruments sur ce r\u00e9seau est tr\u00e8s facile gr\u00e2ce au connecteur en T. Certains instruments de navigation peuvent m\u00eame prendre directement leur alimentation sur ce r\u00e9seau NMEA2000. Les standards NMEA0183 et NMEA2000 ont une capacit\u00e9 de bande passante inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 Mbit\/s.
