Bien que la plupart de nos produits utilisent plut\u00f4t maintenant une connectivit\u00e9 Wi-Fi\/Ethernet \u00e9vitant ainsi les probl\u00e8mes avec les drivers USB, nous vendons toujours beaucoup de produits avec une interface USB. Malheureusement, un probl\u00e8me avec le driver USB est toujours un probl\u00e8me fr\u00e9quent et nous avons donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9crire un article pour partager une astuce pour comment diagnostiquer un probl\u00e8me avec l\u2019interface USB.<\/p>\n

Sur un ordinateur, il y\u00a0 aura deux types de drivers qui peuvent avoir un effet sur l\u2019USB – le driver pour l\u2019USB de l\u2019ordinateur et le driver pour l\u2019USB de l\u2019appareil connect\u00e9. La plupart des gens oublient souvent le driver pour l\u2019interface USB de l\u2019ordinateur et tr\u00e8s souvent ces drivers sont d\u00e9pass\u00e9s et ne sont pas mis \u00e0 jour.<\/p>\n

Si vous avez un probl\u00e8me avec l\u2019interface USB d\u2019un de nos produits, alors veuillez vous rendre dans le Gestionnaire de P\u00e9riph\u00e9rique de votre ordinateur. Vous devez regarder si vous voyez des messages d\u2019erreurs dans la liste de vos p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques. Ceci signifie qu\u2019un driver est mal install\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Ce n\u2019est pas toujours aussi facile de voir si un driver est d\u00e9pass\u00e9, Windows n\u2019affiche pas d\u2019alarme si le driver de son interface USB ou d’un composant interne n\u2019est pas mis \u00e0 jour. Par exemple, la capture d\u2019\u00e9cran ci-dessous montre la diff\u00e9rence des drivers officiels mis \u00e0 jour\u00a0avant et apr\u00e8s\u2026<\/p>\n

Ainsi, rendez-vous sur le site du fabricant de votre ordinateur pour mettre \u00e0 jour tous les drivers de vos composants internes.<\/p>\n

Un autre probl\u00e8me que nous avons vu est que certains appareils et instruments de navigation ont une interface USB 2.0 et ne peuvent ainsi pas fonctionner avec le port USB 3.0 d\u2019un ordinateur. Bien que officiellement l\u2019USB 3.0 doit pouvoir fonctionner avec les anciennes versions USB, beaucoup de probl\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Au sein de Digital Yacht, nous utilisons un logiciel tr\u00e8s utile et gratuit pour tester les connexions USB d\u2019un ordinateur. Ce logiciel est appel\u00e9 USBTreeView (image en haut de page) et vous pouvez le t\u00e9l\u00e9charger en cliquant ici.<\/a><\/p>\n

Enfin, l’autre solution est de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger directement les drivers Windows<\/strong> pour nos appareils :<\/p>\n
