Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une p\u00e9riode de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 nos \u00e9quipes sont souvent sollicit\u00e9s pour des <strong>conseils sur les installations et les accessoires NMEA 2000.<\/strong> R\u00e9cemment, l&rsquo;un de nos clients a rencontr\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es au c\u00e2blage de son r\u00e9seau NMEA 2000. Pour l&rsquo;assister dans cette situation d\u00e9licate, nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 de nouvelles instructions sur la mani\u00e8re de cr\u00e9er un c\u00e2ble de test NMEA 2000<strong> afin de tester son r\u00e9seau NMEA 2000<\/strong> existant ou r\u00e9cemment install\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous disposez d&rsquo;un vieux c\u00e2ble NMEA 2000 ou d&rsquo;un c\u00e2ble de rechange qui tra\u00eene dans votre bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;utiliser pour <strong>cr\u00e9er votre propre c\u00e2ble de test NMEA 2000<\/strong>. En coupant simplement le c\u00e2ble en deux et en d\u00e9nudant l&rsquo;isolation ext\u00e9rieure, vous pourrez cr\u00e9er deux cordons de test \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un c\u00e2ble m\u00e2le-femelle. Ensuite, vous pourrez raccorder les cinq fils \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur (rouge, blanc, bleu, noir et blindage) \u00e0 un connecteur en bloc, comme illustr\u00e9 ci-dessous. En effet, la plupart des connexions \u00ab\u00a0dorsales\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9tant femelles, vous pourrez brancher facilement le fil d&rsquo;essai m\u00e2le sur n&rsquo;importe quelle de ces connexions. En revanche, le fil de test femelle sera plus adapt\u00e9 pour alimenter un appareil NMEA 2000 \u00ab\u00a0aliment\u00e9 par le bus\u00a0\u00bb, en vue d&rsquo;une mise \u00e0 jour du micrologiciel ou d&rsquo;une configuration.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les test suivants, nous utiliserons le cordon de test m\u00e2le ainsi qu&rsquo;un multim\u00e8tre. Nous pourrons ainsi mesurer la tension d&rsquo;alimentation NMEA 2000 sur les fils d&rsquo;alimentation rouge et noir, et v\u00e9rifier que le r\u00e9seau est correctement termin\u00e9 en mesurant la r\u00e9sistance entre les fils de donn\u00e9es bleu et blanc.<\/p>\n<h2>Test de tension d&rsquo;alimentation NMEA 2000<\/h2>\n<p>Il est essentiel de v\u00e9rifier la tension d&rsquo;alimentation du r\u00e9seau NMEA 2000 qui doit \u00eatre aliment\u00e9 par une alimentation de 12 V. Selon la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;appareils connect\u00e9s et leur consommation en \u00e9nergie, il se peut que vous constatiez une chute de tension le long du r\u00e9seau. Dans les cas extr\u00eames, cela peut affecter l&rsquo;alimentation des appareils connect\u00e9s ne leur fournissant pas la tension d&rsquo;alimentation requise de 9,0 \u00e0 16,0 V CC telle que sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e dans la norme NMEA 2000.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour tester la tension d&rsquo;alimentation, vous pouvez utiliser le cordon de test NMEA 2000<\/strong> et le connecter \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents endroits du r\u00e9seau. Dans un r\u00e9seau NMEA 2000 bien con\u00e7u, la chute de tension ne doit jamais d\u00e9passer 1,5 V. L&rsquo;absence de cette terminaison et\/ou l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une ou plus de deux terminaisons peuvent entra\u00eener une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des signaux de donn\u00e9es, ce qui peut impacter n\u00e9gativement le fonctionnement du r\u00e9seau. Afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter cela, il est essentiel de v\u00e9rifier que votre r\u00e9seau NMEA 2000 est correctement termin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour v\u00e9rifier que votre r\u00e9seau est correctement termin\u00e9<\/strong>, il suffit de brancher le fil d&rsquo;essai sur une prise libre du r\u00e9seau NMEA 2000 et d&rsquo;effectuer un test de r\u00e9sistance entre les fils de donn\u00e9es bleu et blanc du fil d&rsquo;essai NMEA 2000. Il est important que le r\u00e9seau NMEA 2000 soit hors tension lors du test.
